We want you to feel confident in your Elera piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging

Items showing signs of installation, wear, or modification cannot be accepted

Contact returns@eleralights.com with your order number and reason for return

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the correct return address

After inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover all related return or replacement expenses
