During periods of elevated demand, preparation and fulfilment may require additional time due to production scheduling, packaging allocation, and international logistics capacity.
Private Archive Collection
Private Archive pieces are produced through limited production allocations rather than traditional warehouse stock.
As these pieces may involve specialised production coordination, extended preparation procedures, additional quality control, and protected transport handling, fulfilment timelines may vary depending on demand, production allocation, and destination country.
Estimated preparation or dispatch information may be displayed on the product page or during checkout where applicable.
Orders may be dispatched from Amsterdam, London, or Hong Kong depending on the specific piece, destination region, logistics routing, or production allocation.
Certain pieces are produced in collaboration with independent production partners. In these cases, shipments may be fulfilled directly from the associated production facility to support handling quality and transport efficiency.
All orders are managed under Elera Lights operational standards to maintain a consistent packaging, tracking, and delivery experience.
Standard Collection
Europe, United States, Asia, and most international destinations: approximately 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Canada and Australia: approximately 10 to 16 business days after dispatch.
Private Archive Collection
Private Archive pieces may require extended fulfilment and international delivery timelines due to production scheduling, protected transport handling, limited allocation logistics, and specialised preparation procedures.
Estimated delivery timelines for Private Archive pieces may extend up to approximately 10 weeks depending on the specific piece, destination country, production allocation, and international freight conditions.
All delivery estimates are indicative only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Transit times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal logistics pressure, or local delivery circumstances.
You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may activate later during transit depending on the selected logistics route and destination country.
For Private Archive orders, tracking may only become active once the shipment leaves the allocated production or dispatch queue.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and shipment weight.
Complimentary shipping promotions may occasionally apply and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local handling charges depending on destination country regulations.
Such charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Once an order has entered processing or dispatch preparation, modifications or address corrections may not be possible.
For Private Archive pieces, order adjustments may no longer be available once the item enters production allocation or dispatch scheduling.
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe following dispatch, please contact info@eleralights.com as soon as possible.
Claims are reviewed individually in coordination with the logistics provider and may require additional verification before a replacement, reshipment, or refund decision is issued.
